This page is the dated patch list for Generic Cooking Game. Hexbit Studios released the diner on 13 April 2023 (place 13118814103). It is still labeled BETA. Public rooms hold eight chefs. Online co-op plus free Solo is the live shape. The Roblox page may still print UPD2.18.3 and tell you to check changelogs. When this wiki, a Fandom table, and the in-game Changelog button disagree, trust the in-game Changelog.

The Updates Hub is the short theme map. The update changelog groups systems without pretending every line has a calendar date. This article is the exception: it prints the dated notes we actually have (day/month/year from the community encyclopedia), then stops. It does not invent a 9 September 2026 essay just because the Roblox page twitched.

Promo codes did not ride these patches. As of September 2026 there are no live strings. Ignore filler tables. If a future note prints a code, use how to redeem.

What the live diner is actually running

Treat UPD2.18.3 as a title-card flag, not as a complete notes dump. Later dated work in 2026 is labeled 2.18.4 and 2.18.5 on the community list even while the Roblox header lags. Open the Changelog button on your current build first. Then use this page to remember what those numbers meant: a sausage roll, a beef taco, Christmas cleanup, a manager-menu pass, teleport fixes, and private-server saves.

BETA means the diner still moves. It does not mean the game is unreleased. If you have not played since the old tutorial, run Tutorial again, then Getting Started and controls. Ranked still enforces cooking methods. Creative still holds Rordon Temu. Normal still has bills.

22 January 2026 — Update 2.18.4

Dated notes for 22/01/2026 (Update 2.18.4):

• Sausage Roll recipe added.
• Christmas music replaced.
• Christmas Obby and Winter Memory Match removed.
• Christmas Portal reused as the Main Menu Portal.

If you bookmarked the holiday obby, it is gone. The portal still exists; it is a menu now. Seasonal hats from Christmas crates can still sit in the Star Shop / Wish Store — that is a cosmetics question, not a map question. Sausage Roll joins the later-addition list next to Beef Taco, Onigiri, Corndog, Chicken Burger, Carrot Cake, and Chocolate Cake. Rank a new plate on the recipe tier list after you have cooked it once, not in S because it is new. Full names live on the recipe list.

9 February 2026 — kitchen Update 2.18.4

The community list also dates a second 2.18.4 pass to 09/02/2026. If in-game numbering disagrees, the button wins. The notes in that pile:

• Beef Taco recipe added.
• Improved manager menu.
• Pans and boiling pots teleport fix.
• Hair disappearing fix.

Manager (399 R$) already opened hours and a six-item menu. An improved manager menu is a UI pass, not a new cooking stat. Hover-player options on a managed diner are part of the same control kit — see trolling and kitchen roles. The teleport fix matters if your pan used to vanish through the world; cook on a real burner, not a rumor about flying cookware. Hair disappearing was a character bug, not a hat bug. Hats remain cosmetic.

9 February 2026 — Update 2.18.5 private saves

Dated notes for 09/02/2026 (Update 2.18.5):

Private servers running Normal can save bills, commissions, solar upgrades, and the store day plus time. Bills compound +6% per day survived.

That is a slice, not a full diner freeze. Do not assume pans, plated food, and floor trash save. Pair the compounding curve with energy and bills. Solar still wants cleaning. Restock still wants the factory restock loop. Instant Delivery still skips the truck if you bought it. A private friends diner is the anti-troll room that keeps rent math; Solo is the free quiet room that does not keep that slice.

Beef Taco, 2-star

Beef Taco is a 2-star ticket. Ingredients: dough, steak, and a cheese block. Method:

1. Mold the dough into a taco shell.
2. Deep-fry the shell.
3. Grind the steak.
4. Fry the patty.
5. Grate the cheese.
6. Assemble.

Do not invent extra salsa, lettuce, or a secret sauce this page does not have. Orange words on the ticket win. Ranked will fail a method skip. Drill the mold in Creative mode if a public rush is the wrong classroom, then serve it on Normal or ranked servers. Use the recipe checklist if your lobby is splitting fryer versus grinder. Food Basket still helps because this plate is more than two ingredients. Rank the pass on the gamepass tier list if you are spending Robux on the taco line.

Sausage Roll is the other 2.18.4 food. This page will not fake a step list we were not given. Open the recipe tab, toggle text versus image, and cook the orange words.

Codes, Double Claim, and the critic

Double Claim exists as a gamepass that grants an extra claim on rewards. This wiki does not invent its Robux price. Confirm the live cost in Gamepasses, then rank it against Basket and Speed. Gamepass gifting is in.

Rordon Temu is still a Creative critic only. He did not move into the public dining room in these patches. Normal customers stay unnamed tables with dish orders.

No live promo codes as of September 2026. These patches added food, UI, and saves, not a redeem string.

What this page will not invent

The Roblox page also updated around 9 September 2026 without a public essay. This wiki will not invent that day’s notes. If your in-game Changelog shows lines that are not here, the button is newer than this article. Add those lines to how you play: menu, restock, energy, Ranked methods. Do not teach a Discord rumor as a patch. Leads can start on community links; verification still happens in-game.

BETA continues. Eight-player co-op continues. Solo stays free. Hats stay cosmetic. Vote kick stays a UI. Cook the sausage roll and the taco, pay the compounding bills, and open Changelog before you argue a version number in chat. That is the whole latest-update habit.
